This policy covers the apps published by OmniCoreWorks, including Mighty Thorn and Dream Life Dice.
What we collect
If you create an account, we store your email address and your in-app data (such as game progress, dice rolls, and budget entries) so the app works across your devices and your progress is saved.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their marketing.
Advertising
The apps may display ads. Ad providers may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve and measure ads.
Children
Our apps are not directed to children under 13. If you are under 13, please use the apps with a parent or guardian. It learns how you write and speak so it can draft replies, prepare a morning briefing, screen calls, research errands, draft social posts, keep a private spending ledger, and store logins in a personal vault — all in your own voice. Nothing is ever sent, posted, or shared without your explicit approval. Information we collect We collect only what the service needs to function: - Account information — your name, email address, and authentication details when you create an account. - Your content and preferences — messages you send to your double, writing samples you provide, calendar and task data you connect, and settings/preferences, used to personalize briefings, drafts, and replies. - Connected accounts (optional) — if you connect Outlook, we access your mail solely to draft replies in your voice. If you use the call-screening number, we process caller information and messages to screen calls. You can disconnect these at any time. - Spending ledger entries — amounts and notes you enter into the private ledger, used only to show you summaries and insights. - Login vault — credentials you save are encrypted and locked with a passphrase only you know. We cannot read them. - Subscription and payment info — processed by our payment provider (Stripe) for Pro subscriptions. We do not store full card numbers. - Technical data — device type, app version, and crash/diagnostic data needed to keep the app running. How we use it Your information is used to operate, personalize, and improve Double You AI: generating your briefings, drafts, and replies; screening your calls; maintaining your ledger and vault; processing subscriptions; and providing support. We do not sell your personal information. AI processing Your messages and connected content are processed by AI models to generate responses in your voice. Drafts are never sent anywhere until you approve them. Sharing We share data only as needed to run the service: hosting/infrastructure providers, the AI model providers that power responses, Stripe for payments, and communication providers for the call-screening number. We disclose information if required by law. Security Data is transmitted over encrypted connections. Vault contents are encrypted with your passphrase, which we do not hold. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we use reasonable safeguards. Your choices - Disconnect Outlook, calendar, or the phone number at any time from the app's settings. - Delete your account and associated data by contacting btaylor204@omnicoreworks.com. - The Android app is a wrapper for the web app; clearing the app's data signs you out locally but does not delete your account — contact us for deletion. Children Double You AI is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
