1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an Mighty Thorn account or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Service Description
Mighty Thorn is a personal organization app that combines a calendar, task manager, school agenda with Canvas integration, budget tracker, goals tracker, notes, journal, encrypted vault, and AI-powered assistants. Some features require a paid Pro subscription.
3. Account Registration
You must provide a valid email address and password to register. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Mighty Thorn.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the app, including but not limited to: attempting to access other users' data, using the app for illegal purposes, spamming, or attempting to disrupt service. Violations may result in account termination.
5. Premium Subscriptions
Mighty Thorn offers a Pro subscription that unlocks AI features, themes, and other premium content. Subscriptions are billed through Base44 Payments. You can cancel at any time from your profile; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are subject to the applicable store's refund policy.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of content you create in Mighty Thorn (tasks, notes, journal entries, etc.). You grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely to provide the service to you.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Mighty Thorn is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content is for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional financial, legal, or academic advice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mighty Thorn and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
9. Account Deletion
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Profile page. This action is irreversible.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Mighty Thorn after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
